Had a really nice dinner here for the first time. The dinner menu looks really good. I had the Sashimi and hubby had the salmon welly. Both were delicious and service was fantastic.

I had the mince, cheese, taro leaf pie for my birthday brekkie (and a chai latte) hence why it isn't healthy!! I loved it so much that I bought another to take away for later (hence the photo of it on my bed!). Wait staff was really friendly when I placed my order with her. This café also seemed to be the only one open at 8am on a Mon. I'd totally go back here (for the same pie) when I'm in the Cook Islands again as the menu looked yummy. It was also nice to see that a local hot sauce was also sold here and I got a bottle for my brother. Good location and the space was airy and bright. Outdoor seating is also available.

Stopped here for a coffee early on a Thursday morning (7am) while on a bike ride. Only had a coffee, but it was really good and was fun sitting roadside and people watching

Great last day breakfast spot. Love the play on words for their drinks menu, Bob Marleaf, Scoop Dog and more. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, the rukau with the big breakfast was yum and the smashed avocado was great!

A hidden gem on the outskirts of town. The serving sizes are quite large for the price. Well presented and definitely tasted amazing. The slow roasted beef with chips and gravy was money well spent. Beef was tender and delicious. The fat cap was melting off. The garlic prawn salad was beautifully presented and well balanced. It was nice to see more greens than protein.
